Puzlo: Logic Puzzles: Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Android app Puzlo: Logic Puzzles (also called «Головоломник») handles. The app is made by an independent developer, Andrii Dulkai ("we").
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, stars, statistics, achievements and settings (language, theme, sound, reminders) are stored only on your device. We do not have accounts or servers, and this information is never sent to us. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this data in your device backup; that backup is handled by Google, not by us.
Notifications
If you agree, the app shows one reminder in the evening on days you haven't played the daily challenge yet. The reminders are scheduled on your device; no data is sent anywhere for them. You can turn them off at any time in the app (Settings → Reminders) or in your Android settings.
Rating the app
Now and then the app may show Google Play's rating card. It is provided by Google Play; we are not told whether or how you rated the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a full-screen ad now and then after a solved level, and a short video when you choose to watch one for a hint or another chance. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information such as:
- device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- information about your device and how you interact with ads;
- diagnostic information about ad performance.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ads. Without consent, only non-personalized ads are shown.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings (Google → Ads).

Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes everything the app stored on your device. For information held by Google for advertising, use the tools described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Ця політика пояснює, з якою інформацією працює Android-застосунок Головоломник (англійською «Puzlo: Logic Puzzles»). Його створив незалежний розробник Андрій Дулкай («ми»).
Інформація на вашому пристрої
Прогрес у грі, зірки, статистика, досягнення й налаштування (мова, тема, звук, нагадування) зберігаються лише на вашому пристрої. У нас немає акаунтів чи серверів, і ця інформація нам не надсилається. Якщо у вашому Google-акаунті ввімкнене резервне копіювання Android, ці дані можуть потрапити в резервну копію пристрою; нею опікується Google, а не ми.
Сповіщення
Якщо ви погодитеся, застосунок показує одне нагадування ввечері в ті дні, коли ви ще не грали щоденний виклик. Нагадування плануються на вашому пристрої, і для них нікуди не передаються дані. Вимкнути їх можна будь-коли в застосунку (Налаштування → Нагадування) або в налаштуваннях Android.
Оцінка застосунку
Час від часу застосунок може показати картку оцінки Google Play. Її надає Google Play; ми не дізнаємося, чи поставили ви оцінку і яку.
Реклама (Google AdMob)
Застосунок показує рекламу Google AdMob: час від часу повноекранну рекламу після пройденого рівня, а також коротке відео, коли ви самі вирішите його подивитися за підказку чи ще один шанс. Щоб показувати й вимірювати рекламу та запобігати шахрайству, Google може збирати й використовувати, зокрема:
- ідентифікатори пристрою, зокрема рекламний ідентифікатор Android;
- IP-адресу та приблизне місцеперебування, визначене за нею;
- дані про пристрій і про вашу взаємодію з рекламою;
- діагностичні дані про роботу реклами.
У Європейській економічній зоні, Великій Британії та Швейцарії застосунок просить вашої згоди, перш ніж показувати персоналізовану рекламу. Змінити рішення можна будь-коли в застосунку: Налаштування → Реклама. Без згоди показується лише неперсоналізована реклама.
Також у налаштуваннях Android (Google → Реклама) можна скинути чи видалити рекламний ідентифікатор або відмовитися від персоналізованої реклами.

Діти
Застосунок не призначений для дітей до 13 років, і ми свідомо не збираємо персональних даних дітей.
Видалення даних
Якщо видалити застосунок або очистити його дані в налаштуваннях Android, усе, що він зберігав на пристрої, буде видалено. Щодо даних, які Google зберігає для реклами, скористайтеся інструментами з Політики конфіденційності Google.
Зміни
Якщо політика зміниться, нова версія з’явиться на цій сторінці з новою датою.
